To place a nomination for Citizen of the Year, please fill out the form below completely and hit submit. Alternatively, you can download the paper form to mail-in or drop-off at the Grand Island Chamber of Commerce main office.

Please download the Grand Island Chamber of Commerce 2022 Citizen of the Year Nomination Form, fill it out completely and email to info@gichamber.org. All completed nomination forms must be received by 5 pm on Wednesday, August 31, 2022.
Complete the nomination form and submit to the Grand Island Chamber of Commerce, 1870 Whitehaven Road,
Grand Island, NY 14072. All completed nomination forms must be received by 5 pm on Wednesday, August 31, 2022.
A selection committee will review all nomination forms and select the award recipients.
Suggested categories for nomination include but are not limited to: business, businessperson, corporation, civic
member, educator, community service, and organization. Special categories may be created depending on what
outstanding recommendations are received.
The Award recipients will be announced and honored at the Annual Citizen of the Year Awards Celebration. Date TBA.
